Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your energy infrastructure's journey to its destination. Please ensure a representative is present for delivery as a signature and inspection are required for all premium equipment.
Return & Refund Policy
Product Returns
We accept returns on solar equipment within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a sellable condition. Due to the sensitive nature of solar electronics, a 15% restocking fee may apply to certain specialized components.
